  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made using one of our approved methods at checkout.
  • If a pricing error is discovered, we will correct it and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery.
  • If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately.

5. Product Use and Allergic Reactions

  • Ingredients are provided by the manufacturers.
  • It is your responsibility to check for allergens or ingredients that may affect your skin.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions. If unsure, please consult a medical professional before using new products.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
  • Embraced Skincare will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from our store.

While we strive to stock safe, high-quality products, we are not the manufacturer and therefore cannot guarantee or be held responsible for product effectiveness, claims, or any allergic reactions, injuries, or other issues resulting from their use. Responsibility for product safety and regulatory compliance lies with the respective brand or manufacturer. We encourage all customers to review ingredients carefully and perform a patch test before use.

Nothing in this clause limits our liability for defective goods as set out in Section 61 of the CPA.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
