1. Delivery Timeframes

At present, orders are dispatched once a week.
We’re a small business committed to growing sustainably, and we’re working toward increasing our dispatch frequency as soon as possible.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Order volume
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Rural or outlying area delivery zones

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100.00 per order. 
Free shipping applies to orders over R1000.00.

3. Delivery Areas

We ship nationwide across South Africa via reliable courier partners.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and accessible during standard delivery hours.

4. Collection Option

Orders may also be collected from Wembley, Pietermaritzburg.
The exact address and available collection times will be emailed once your order is ready for pickup.

5. Minimum Spend Requirement

  • A minimum spend of R150 is required for all delivery orders.
  • A minimum spend of R100 is required for collection orders from Wembley, Pietermaritzburg.

Orders below this threshold will not be processed. This helps us maintain sustainable packaging, delivery, and service practices.

6. Delays and Liability

Embraced Skincare is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, load shedding).

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in following up with the courier.

7. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Orders are only dispatched once full payment has reflected in our account.
Proof of payment must be sent to embracedskincare@gmail.com
